The Economic Development Advisory Commission (EDAC) is a seven-member commission appointed by the City Council. It meets the fourth Tuesday of January, March, May, August, and October at 4:00 p.m. in the Collaboration Room at San Carlos City Hall, 600 Elm Street. Meetings are open to the public, and every agenda includes time for public comment.
